Location: Approximately 700 meters from the rocky coastline and with beautiful views of the landscape and the nearby Ionian Sea, is this detached house with private pool.
Interior: The spacious apartment is on two floors and is comfortably furnished for six people. A few steps lead to the raised living area with spacious, open plan living space in which a fitted kitchen with dining table, dishwasher and air conditioning are located. The living space with seating offers a wood burning stove for fresher seasons. Espresso machine (classic espresso maker) available. Sat-TV with flatscreen. Two double bedrooms both with air conditioning and an elegant bathroom with shower / WC / bidet.
A few steps through the external stairs lead down to a separate ambience with a further double bedroom with air conditioning and bathroom with shower / WC / bidet en suite. Andalúz possible. The washing machine is located in the storage room. WIFI.
Outside: The house has a living area spacious verschiedne comfort. The Attractive is perhaps illustrated by the hotel grounds, which enrich the soul of the building by various porches and terraces and best outdoor spaces offer to the air to be able to enjoy to the fullest.
About the kitchen you reach the atmosphere rich porch, ideal for dining outdoors to. Summary: The property is very pretty, and spacious, but there is a maintenance issue to the property.The fuse board or electricals need ungrading, it keeps tripping when using more than one appliance which makes stay not at easy as the property is marketed up to six people. They hardly any plug.The lower ground appartment toilet was not very clean, the hairdryer did not work and no plugs at all, funnly enough there were 2 bedside table with lamps only for the photo since there are not actual sockets to plug in.Dissapointed in the fact that having reported those issues daily we were fully charged for electricity. It is also worth mentioning, the owner of the property showing up daily without notice for maintenance purposes, but when requested the pool to be cleaned it was hardly done. It is such a great place but needs addressing,.Thank you

Summary: The house had beautiful outdoor areas and large bedrooms. It was practical to have a separate section where the teenagers could have some privacy. The swimming pool was nice, and you could swim into the sunset. A bit disruptive was the neighboring house with a rooster that made some noise, so it was necessary to close the windows during the night. A great base for excursions, but a car is necessary! There is a shop nearby, and you can explore areas with beautiful cliffs nearby – though there are few sidewalks. Stunning and varied views where you get both the landscape, Etna, and the sea. It was lovely to enjoy the sunset from the rooftop terrace. Additionally, we had the world's kindest host, Dario, who helped us with solutions when we had bad luck with the rental car and other things. The house owner was there for watering and fixing, and was indeed also a solution-oriented and friendly man.

Summary: Furniture and bathrooms a little dated but perfectly comfortable. Showers needed attention. Excellent, clean swimming pool. Surprised so few restaurants, locally, opened in mid September.

Summary: Great property for our family holiday. We really liked the separate area tha my husband and I occupied whilst our 18 and 19 year olds had the main house area giving us some private space. Pool area is great and the roof terrace fab for watching the sunset! You really need a car as not an awful lot in the immediate area. We had a really lovely relaxing holiday here,

Summary: The villa is exactly as advertised and is well placed for a peacefully quiet stay, outside of Siracusa town itself and a mini mart within walking distance for your essentials. The area has a lot to offer in terms of historical and archaeological places of interest to visit, as well as the wonderful island of Ortegia to meander through the many narrow alleyways and marvel at the architecture. You'll be spoilt for choice for places to eat out.

Summary: We loved our time in this fabulous house it had everything we needed for a wonderful chilled holiday . Dario was fantastic and was so kind to meet us very late after our delayed flight and also bring us olives and chees much enjoyed. The house is set in a very peaceful area and has lots of places to sit and relax in the shade in between swims. There are various beaches in the area but to hire sun beds and parasols you have to book in advance at most of them and we did not realise this so had a wasted trip. Fabulous pizza restaurant 5mins down the road and very good value, pizza and pasta superb. Also shop 5minutes from the house sells every thing you need on a daily basis and marvellous fresh bread . Would definitely recommend this house as place to enjoy sun and relaxing holiday. Dario could not have been kinder or more helpful.

Summary: This was a great place for our whole family (6 adults) to stay for 6 nights. The pool was great - clean, warm and refreshing after a long day out and all the rooms and the kitchen were all well-appointed and clean. The property manager, Dario, couldn't have been nicer or more well-organized. Driving to the house, we thought we were going to be in the middle of nowhere and it is, in fact, 15 or 20 minutes from Siracusa (the closest town) but right down the street is a small, well- stocked market with wine, meats and cheeses and other groceries. That's about the only thing you can walk to. There's a few (rocky) beaches a short drive away but you can rent chairs and umbrellas and take a dip for a relaxing afternoon. Last, and definitely not least, there are about 5 restaurants a 5 minute drive away that all were great. All of them are near Isola right on the gulf looking over to Siracusa/Ortigia, all have spectacular views and all have phenomenal (and phenomenally fresh) seafood pastas and pizzas. All in all, this was a great, relaxing, secluded place and we enjoyed it immensely.
